Overview As part of this package we aim to prevent system failures which are often the result of no routine maintenance. We check using our monitoring system for adequate disk space, memory usage, network throuput, disk usage & Raid monitoring this gives us most of the information required to planning for expansion. Monitoring backups is also often overlooked & neglected but is often one of the most important parts of your IT system. We update with security patches & verify your antivirus protection also as part of your monthly allocated maintenance time to ensure you are protected. Telephone, remote assistance and maintenance is provided during normal working hours. Cost and requirements of the Support Package Reactive Networks has a team of highly skilled and experienced engineers who are all allocated responsibility for specific clients. We have found that this on site familiarity assists in the speedy identification and resolution of any problems. Reactive Networks will provide the support service solution on a rolling 3 month retainer basis. The minimum term is 3 months and we will require 30 days written confirmation of cancellation. There is no site visits included with this package any visits will be quoted separately. This package is a trial services & during the trial period we may need to make some changes to the package as a whole. For each server you required to be covered by this solution we need the following: -
- 24/7 access to the server by VPN, remote desktop and or VNC (without user intervention)
- A Login account with administrative privileges
- The server IP address & VPN details
- The server serial number
- Server host name
- Manufacture & Model
- Operating system & version
- Your prompt monthly payment (in advance)
